Tenant Coordinator- Responsibilities include reviewing Tenant leases for delivery and notification requirements. Preparing, updating and distributing documentation to track the progress of the landlord deliverables. Reviewing tenant drawings in connection with the work performed by tenant for conformance with the lease and core and shell drawings. Track the work against delivery requirements to ensure that all the Owners work is executed per the lease requirements. Coordinate with Tenants contractors working on the site to see they are given fair access without hindering other contractors, monitor tenants contractors for safety compliance. Act as Owners Representative in connection with fit out of turn key premises for Best Buy, TJX and Kidstown.

Project Manager -Aurora Contractors, Inc. is the Construction Management firm responsible for managing the construction of the Tanger Mall at The Arches, in Deer Park, N.Y. As Project Manager I acted as the lead person on the project responsible for understanding the expectations of the stakeholders and insuring that those expectations were met. The cost of construction was in excess of $179,000,000.
