Having earned both his Bachelor’s Degree and an MBA from NYU’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business, Mr. Cleeman began his career as a risk arbitrage trader before transitioning his financial analysis skills to the real estate sector in 2003. Prior to forming Cleeman Realty Group, Mr. Cleeman served as Vice President at Cohen Real Estate in their Investment Sales Group and later created the Investment Sales division at Winick Realty Group where he identified retail investment properties across the country and the New York City market for his clients .
