Co - Founder and Director of EPiK Energy and Renewables in North America. Directed the portfolios of business operations, human resources, health and safety start up, information technology, licensing, and administrative procurement for EPiK’s operations in the US and Canada. Curated, assembled, and onboarded the launch team of 60 employees across North America for multiple concurring renewable energy construction and maintenance projects. Liaised with federal, state, provincial and municipal government bodies to ensure a network of proper business permit registrations, human resources regulations, and taxation protocols were enacted and upheld. Created and launched marketing initiatives including website, social media, and community partnerships. Conducted financial reviews with finance to ensure accountability and efficiency.

Managed one of Northern Ontario's premiere and most historic properties. Lead a dedicated team of guest service professionals across all departments. The Ambassador was a full service, boutique style and truly unique hotel property. Excellence in guest service and consistent evolution of product offerings, allowed for this one of a kind property to maintain it's brand independence and truly locally rooted operations for over 50 years.

Directed and operated one of the largest high-volume nightclubs in Sudbury. Lead a team of dedicated guest service professionals and entertainers to host the most exciting nightlife scenes north of Toronto. 600+ guests nightly were hosted, served and entertained in an inviting and highly profitable basis week after week.

Interned with the Human Resources department during the launch period and property wide hiring initiative. Worked with a large team of Human Resources experts as they sought to fill over 10,000 unique positions required to open this historic property. Assisted in the hiring process at the recruitment center with applicant registration, interviewing, testing, documentation, filing and recruitment efforts.

As a member of the opening team for Bellagio, I was a member of the beverage department helping to launch service at this iconic resort. Trained extensively by leaders in the beverage industry to ensure excellence in both guest services as well as creative and knowledgeable beverage service. Served in a variety of five star restaurants, casino service bars and pool cafes on property.

Managed day to day operations of this casual upscale eatery and bar as part of the opening launch team. Created menus, hired team members, oversaw front of house training with regard to guest service excellence, sales technique and menu knowledge.
