Provide Customer Support via Telephone and Work Orders via Service Desk Express as well as create and document procedures into a knowledge base within Service Desk Express.Provide both basic and advanced problem determination for computer users experiencing complex personal computer operating system and application errors. Performing initial client workstation diagnostics and troubleshooting of client workstations.Perform Helpdesk functions such as assigning, modifying, and deleting passwords and user privileges and profiles in Active Directory. Answer incoming calls from employees collect information, entering information collected into a Database automated system. Employ systems management process for remote sites utilizing SCCM.
