Openaire was a new restaurant being opened by famed 2 michelin star chef Josiah Citrin.With this being my second restaurant opening in a year I was made a lead server and helped with the setup and flow of the restaurant as well as maximizing efficiency.

Moved to Los Angeles to help open the new Fine-Dining restaurant The Nomad. The Nomad is owned by 3 michelin star chef Daniel Humm whom also was awarded the best restaurant, Eleven Madison Park, in the world in 2017. While working there I was trained in the highest quality of formal dining and proper service etiquette.
