Roles & Responsibilities-- Ensuring that every member of the first team (players, management, medical staff ...) had everything required to train and play a game on a daily basis.- Extensive travel with the team and occasionally transporting kit and equipment ahead of the team throughout the season.- Working under pressure of deadlines, under initiative, thinking ahead of player/management need.-Ordering future kit orders with suppliers and stock control management.- Liaising with outside agencies involved with the club. I pride myself on the fact that the players won’t ask me for anything before training or games because I know what they want. My job is to take the hassle away from the players and make sure that when they walk onto the pitch that they are comfortable and can play to their highest standard.

-Responsible for coaching the Under 14’s team at Bolton Wanderers Football Club within the Academy. -Deliver a syllabus of work set by the Academy Manager which will be in line with the EPPP (Elite Player Performance Plan). -Duties include coaching the team three times a week and matches at a weekend. The players will need to be improved technically, skill and game understanding to ensure they progress as players and stay within the Academy. -I do weekly match reports on all the players and plan practical sessions through thefootballsquad.com programme. -Player assessments will be carried out every 6 weeks and consultations will take place with parents and players on their progress.
