Supervise and inspect the Construction Quality for the $1.2 Billion McCarran International Airport Terminal Three Project. Civil Quality Inspector for MIA C and D Gates apron and taxiway reconstruction. Issue non-compliance reports and stop-work orders, confer with regulatory agencies, Department of Aviation, General Contractor, violating sub-contractor and authorities to explain regulations and recommend corrections. Maintain record documents with latest revisions and updates. Project coordination of the on-site contractors, Third Party Testing and Survey Agencies, Clark County Building Department, and Department of Aviation. Day -to-day coordination and supervision of eleven (11) Field Inspectors. Inspect and monitor the installation of the following scopes of work performed for conformance to specifications, codes and contract documents: Site civil installation; sub-grade preparation; form placement and removal; water proofing; delivery and placement of rebar, pre and post inspections of embeds and anchors; MP&E inspections prior to concrete placement; pre, post, sampling, testing and finish of concrete:, pre, post, sampling, testing and placement of grouting; steel erection; metal decking; fire-proofing; architectural metal and other roofing systems; exterior glazing and architectural siding; metal stud framing; door frames; and drywall and architectural and high impact finishes. Monitor the construction sites to ensure adherence to safety standards and participate in the Weekly Safety Coordination and Owner/General Contractor weekly progress meetings. Prepare daily progress, notice of violation, labor, safety and other reports.

New construction projects include the 1,013 room Venetian Guestroom Tower, the Guggenheim Museum and various expansion/remodel project including the Baccarat Room Remodel, Meeting Room Expansion, Parking Garage Expansion. Daily responsibilities include managing contractors to ensure projects are completed within scope of approved plans and specifications. Liaison between hotel operations and construction division and outside contractors to ensure hotel operations' needs and schedules were not impacted. Direct all in-house remodel and new construction projects by coordinating efforts with architects, designers, contractors and hotel operations personnel. Complete scheduling, budgeting, permitting and in-house design duties for all internal remodel and new construction projects. Develop and maintain a mutually cooperative relationship with the Clark County Fire and Building Departments. Instrumental in securing the final Certificate of Occupancy for the resort.

Supervised 18 employees to maintain and repair resort's mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. Coordinated personnel issues and scheduling.
