About Michael Co
I am a program manager with over ten years of engineering experience in aerospace and military reliability, maintainability, safety and quality working on complex aircraft systems (fuel gauging, deicing, and rotors and transmissions). As a program manager, I have worked on aircraft engineering development and production programs within Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Company, most notably, CH-53K (Rotors and Transmissions IPT), and MH-60R development and production for international customers under foreign military sales contracting. I am a champion of diversity and inclusion and AAPI talents through Lockheed Martin's Professional Asian American Network (PAAN) Business Resource Group (BRG) as Business Area Lead and Operations Manager. My personal exposure to D&I initiatives and programs helped me become a more empathetic leader, who will put people first before anything else. I believe that taking care of people and helping around me succeed is highly important as a program manager.
