As the Founder and CEO of VirPack, for almost 20 years I have been extremely passionate about VirPack’s products and our entire organization. My extensive background in Engineering and decades within the software as a service industry help me to understand the challenges and continuous need for agility as a document management, workflow and eDelivery provider. My entrepreneurial spirit, coupled with my extensive knowledge of both hardware and software provides me a unique perspective and helps me to see issues in the industry and inspires me to create innovative solutions. A desire to transform operations is what led to the founding of VirPack, and to the creation of the mortgage industry’s first electronically delivered fully indexed loan file. I lead by providing vision and fostering innovation. I believe success comes from creating a collaborative team environment, which enables our staff the freedom to problem solve, take risks, and develop solutions for our customers and the marketplace. I know people excel when they feel ownership in their work, and they can relish in the success of what they’ve done.
