Since beginning my own journey to better health and fitness in October of 2015, I have taken up fitness coaching and instructing in hopes of motivating others to reach their own fitness goals. I began coaching in January of 2015 and have coached a group from the 5:30 PM class through all 4 10 week sessions this year. After coaching my first 10 week session, I became interested in furthering my fitness journey by adding instructing to my resume. I taught my first resistance bands class in April of 2015 and have since become a certified Level 1 instructor for resistance bands. Since that time, I have also began instructing kickboxing classes and now enjoy helping countless others reach their Level 10, whether it be through coaching, resistance training, or a high energy kickboxing workout!
