In 2011 I launched Dimension Eighty Eight HR and Training Ltd and became the companies Managing Director. The concept of Dimension Eighty Eight is to enable Small Medium Enterprises to "Grow"; even when faced with tough economic climates by offering HR,Training and Enterprise services to business owners and Directors.Working in a variety of sectors which include Health Care,Veterinary services,Retail,wholesalers and many others;Dimension Eighty Eight has offered its "own brand" designed services. Clients who have used these services have seen their people and companies grow rapidly during the recession.A client who uses the HR and Training services achieved "Gold" Investors in People award first hand; making their company one of the top 4% of companies in the UK to hold this award.Dimension Eighty Eight is in a strong position to develop into a leading HR and Training business with a recognised brand name which has been registered as an IPO Trademark.As the Director of Dimension Eighty Eight I am always looking at new opportunities to grow the business even further. In 2014 the company was accepted as an Accredited growth Voucher advisor for the UK governments £30m Growth Voucher Scheme, through Enterprise Nation Marketplace.In terms of Growth for Dimension Eighty Eight I am now looking for " Licensees" to work in locations throughout the United Kingdom;as the business has clients throughout the UK.Outside of my responsibilities, as a company director I also volunteer as a CIPD "Steps A Head" mentor to help assist 16 - 24 year olds find work. Through the CIPD I have also become a volunteer with " Inspiring the Future" for schools,giving talks about business start up and enterprise to A- Level students.Specialties: I am able to "Grow" your business through good HR, Training and Enterprise services,and turn your employees and business into potential Award Winners.
