• Manage 6 FTTH/FTTB Install teams and 1 Maintenance Team, as well as doing installs and splicing and maintenance myself when our teams are running low• Manage special projects on site, awarded by Frogfoot including MDU’s, GTU and Camera installs• Manage the Health & Safety department and documents for the company• Perform Site Survey’s, Site Inspections and oversee installations on both FTTH and FTTB• Manage Customer esacalations of completed installs• Build and sustain good relationships with our clients Project Managers and Service Delivery team in order to ensure that we are delivering satisfactory workmenship• Build and sustain good relationships with suppliers

Project Planning / Management• Site Survey’s before, during and after project completed• Discuss Project Planning with clients• Civil Work: Concrete, Wire Trays, Gantry builds according to planningwhich has been drawn up• RF and Dash Kit installations / Full build and install of the CellphoneTelecommunication Towers including transmitters, receivers, controlelectronics, antennae and additional power sources used for backup• Installation of temporary mobile towers for events / festivals or aspart of interim solutions whilst full towers are Live• Completing ATP documentation per project (Inventory control)• Assign tasks to each team member as part of the project plan• Ensure Health & Safety procedure is up to date and correct procedurefollowed on site• Liaise with Sub-contractors
