Responsible for all e-commerce fashion and product photography for Lane Bryant and Cacique. Manage, train, and develop a crew of assistants and retouchers to produce images on a short timeline and deliver high quality imagery. Coordinate with in house e-commerce team to set production goals and improve efficiency. Create new photography workflow to increase and expand production requirements and deliver distinctive photography that enhances the brand image. Collaborate with in house marketing to implement new creative direction and lighting for photography on the website.
