• Primary role is to serve as the subject matter champion and requirements consultant on new client engagements• Role also includes functioning as the implementation consultant, guiding the implementation team and client through regulatory and compliance matters, company best practices, as well as developing high-impact, low-risk solutions for challenges such as system limitations and complex plan designs• Create client requirements documents, plan specification documents, and processing guides, including process flows, all while utilizing process management best practices• Forging successful relationships with internal and external vendors to ensure alignment with project plan timelines• Managing external vendors to ensure interface and process requirements are agreed upon • Partner with other business functions across AonHewitt to ensure all lines of services are aligned throughout the implementation cycle• Change Management and Risk Analysis – work with client management team to ensure all change requests, system gaps and project delays are documented with a mitigation strategy and managed according to risk level• Conduct deep-dive data analysis, including data trending, data reconciliation and identifying defects and outliers
