State Street Alpha – Client Solutions Deal Lead
Current• Assist the sales process Pre Contract for State Street Alpha Model (State Street Alpha is a full front to back operating model -Services: Front/Middle/Back Office & Data).• Create and present to external clients and 3rd parties opportunity specific documentation of applicable Alpha Services. • Ownership for RFP & RFI response, validation and leading client facing demonstration of services, products and technology.• Gathering of dependencies, risks and cost towards BAU Resourcing, technology and implementation for Indicative pricing.• Generation of Commercial proposal for senior stakeholders formal approval (Architecture/Services/Implementation/Finance/Sales).• Presentation of commercial and servicing proposal to clients and 3rd parties.• Proposing and implementing project governance, timeframes and deliverables to achieve contract signature. • Ownership and co-ordination with internal and external key stake holders of documentation to facilitate contract signature (Service Level Agreements(SLA)/Future state operating model(FSOM).• Facilitate and govern a Service Definition phase with client facing workshops defining Service requirements. • Highlight, validate and solution gaps requiring resourcing or technological enhancements via strategic or tactical options.• Selling of services and technology to solve client pain points and in-efficiencies. • Generation and ownership of project documentation capturing risks, dependencies and impacts (ARRIAD, Gap Log, TOM).• Protect the commercial proposal and minimise risk associated towards resourcing or technical enhancements. • Ownership of Steerco and senior stake holder meetings and documentation. • Achieve contract signature within expected timeframes with a healthy Commercial proposal. • Analysis and review of deals won and lost, implementation across global model on lessons learned.
