-Communicate effectively with the Casino Marketing Manager to reflect any and all necessary information to ensure the customer service and satisfaction for all customers.-Direct and assist VIP/Players Services Supervisors and Representatives.-Assist in training Players Services Supervisors and Representatives on policies and procedures. -Effectively respond to issues that arise. Ability to think quickly and react based on knowledge of policies and procedures.-Make monthly work schedule ensuring all shifts are covered.-Conduct daily/weekly/monthly briefings with staff for clarification of the expectations, goals, training and communication.-Maintain all departmental assets including equipment repairs and maintenance. -Developed and maintain current department scheduling procedures and staffing needs for special events and high or low volume count of guests.-Provide weekly and daily scheduling needs for the department. -Maintain the security department employee payroll account (timeworks) and approve all department employee time-off. -Oversee shift employee training, and provide coaching and development when necessary.-Contribute in the development, maintenance, and updating of department policies and procedures to ensure the company is in compliance with internal controls (IC) as set forth by the state and IRGC (Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission). -Provide shift supervision to ensure proper conduct of employees, safety of all guests, and protection of company assets. -Conducts investigations as needed. -Perform interviews as needed for employment within the department. -Enforce removal of undesirable patrons and keep a record of such incidents when necessary. -Maintain liaisons with city, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, and provide testimony in court when required.-Enforce the Harrah’s Company “code of conduct” for responsible gaming as a responsible gaming ambassador.
