Bio: Michael Collins is our CEO and is responsible for setting the company’s strategic vision, encouraging & growing company culture, and being a brand ambassador for TCS in the local community. After completing his degree and studies toward pastoral ministry, Michael started his IT career in 1998 as a network administrator for a large textile group where he successfully maintained a Novell, Notes and Domino, and Windows network for two manufacturing plants. He came to work at TCS in 2002, where he worked his way from junior technician to senior technician within a two-year span, marrying his pastoral care and concern with his technical assistance and troubleshooting skills. In 2012, Michael became a co-owner of TCS, and he was promoted to CIO to manage the technological direction of the company. During that time, he worked to build a team of technicians who could properly maintain and manage virtual server environments. Starting in 2016, Michael was promoted to COO of TCS, where he managed the day-to-day operations. He served in that capacity until January 2020 where he was promoted to his current CEO position.
