I have 30 years of banking & financial services experience in a wide variety of roles in the U.S. and in numerous overseas locations. I have a very strong background in corporate banking, commercial banking, syndication's, capital markets, structuring, underwriting, credit approval and many other areas. I have completed billions of dollars of financings of all types/sizes for companies around the world in numerous industries, including but not limited to C&I, Manufacturing, Transportation, Distribution, Energy and Power, Natural Resources, Financial Services, Agriculture, Healthcare, Private Equity, Real Estate, Restaurants, Hospitality, Retail and many others. In addition to my private sector experience, I also completed over 23 years of Army service as a Logistics Officer & Contracting Officer in both the active and reserve components. I retired from the Army Reserves as a Lieutenant Colonel in October of 2010.
