In charge of a seven man Aviation Program Team consisting of subject matter experts in safety, quality, government property, contract oversight and administration. Managed oversight at three contractor facilities with over $2.2B in Department of Defense aircraft assets. Conducted Functional Check Flights (FCF) on domestic P-3 sustainment programs and Systems Acceptance Test Plan (SATP) flights for the Pakistan P-3 program.

Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti

Led 67 civilian contractor personnel, providing base operating support services for 27 tenant commands during Operation ENDURING FREEDOM and Overseas Contingency Operations within the Horn of Africa (HOA) Area of Responsibility. Stood up new contractors while developing a plan that increased jet fuel storage from 40K to 670K gallons. Worked with the Djiboutian Ministry of Finance, fuel contractors, and the State Department to resolve a high-profile international fuel tax dispute. Investigated un-reconciled Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) fuel accounts, identified subsequent billing errors that lead to the proper payment of over $500K in fuel transactions.

Conducted two SEVENTH fleet deployments and one FIFTH Fleet surge in support of both Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and IRAQI FREEDOM. As the Future Operations Officer, planned and executed joint training exercises with foreign military units throughout the SEVENTH Fleet Area of Responsibility. As Mission Commander, managed an 11 man aircrew on multiple high profile, direct troop support missions. Ensured constant operational readiness with regard to Combat Aircrew 11 requirements for a deployment-ready and fully capable crew.
