Initiated use of Web Interface to minimize impact of Farm infrastructure changes on user's client configuration. Attended advanced training from Citrix on PS4.Administer 17TB Equallogic iSCSI SAN. Maintain snapshot schedules, monitored free disk space, and configured iSCSI initiators on servers accessing volumes on the array.Key Role in migration to Exchange 2003. Collapsed messaging system from 6 regional servers to centralized system of 2 servers, utilizing a front and back-end architecture. Installed Entrust certificates to allow RPC/http, and Outlook Web Access of mailboxes. Set up Distribution List nesting to clean up the GAL, instituted the use of QDLs once we upgraded the system to SP2.
