I am a hard-working, analytical professional who has found success in the area of business process analysis. Continually growing my interpersonal and communication skills as well as leadership through successful government contracts. My experiences with the VA, Federal Transit Authority, State Department, and Air Force have given me the opportunity to expand my strong abilities as a Business Process Analyst, such as analysis and understanding of client business requirements. I have been given the opportunity to experience other areas of the System Development Life Cycle, as both a system developer using the Appian platform to design and implement a new National Transit Database, and end to end testing of the developed system and subsequent client training of the new system.I continue to strive and find new areas of growth professionally, and where I can use my growing skill set. I look forward to moving into more of a leadership role in the future but will continue to work hard and find areas to continually learn and improve.
