• Managed a quality assurance program involving 22 personnel performing technical inspections on 12 CH-47D Chinook helicopters, 90 other aircraft, and ground support equipment in an Aviation Brigade.
• Performed technical inspections on aircraft systems, subsystems, and components to ensure conformance to technical manuals, manufacturers’ publications, Army Regulations, and safety.
• Assigned as Battalion Safety Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO), in addition, provided instruction on how to use Aviation Life Support and Equipment to Unit and Government Contractors.
• Maintained and accounted for equipment valued in excess of $100,000 during a Middle East deployment.
• Supervised a recovery team’s operations of a CH-47D helicopter valued at $26.5 million without causing any collateral damage during a National Training Center rotation while sustaining 0% Safety incidents.

• Provided On-the-Job-Training to subordinate personnel in aviation manual and automated recordkeeping.
• Emphasized preventative maintenance procedures and safety to reduce risks of personal injury/accident.
