· Technical lead for Production Verification Pilot Testing for all new software releases over the last 10 years on Ingenico Products 5100, 5310, 7910 & 3070 including Contact less involving breaking down audit messaging on Tandem and understanding AS2805 Message formats. · Liaison for project work impacting ANZ Internal/External Customers with ANZ EFTPOS products. · Scope Documentation for EMV projects for POS, Contact less Project, Ingenico Terminal upgrades, co-ordinating software upgrades to over 100,000 EFTPOS devices with latest software releases · Attend project meetings to provide technical knowledge for all ANZ POS Products· Organise project meetings with the appropriate stakeholders · Review current documentation and provide feedback· Raise and maintain AHDs on behalf of the ANZ business units · Review documentation to provide appropriate training to support staff.· Provide support during both pilot implementation and rollout phases.· Provide Issue management and problem resolution· Resolve queries and provide information to different stakeholders including Merchant Contact Centre, Relationship Managers, Sales Implementation Team and outside customer’s (Optus, Telstra, Ingenico, BP, Shell, David Jones, other major ANZ customers promptly and accurately.· Provide regular and ADHOC Tandem Enform reporting in a timely manner.
