Responsible for overseeing construction trade work on various projects on a pharmacueatical campus. Includes field coordination of work among different trades, overseeing and implementing project safety requirements, project documents and daily reports.Projects include site utility and infrastructure upgrades, laboratory renovation work, roof replacements, HVAC upgrades to laboratories and office spaces, process reactor control system upgrades (Delta-V), utility equipment installations, such as chillers, AHU’s and pumps, as well as miscellaneous laboratory equipment installations including isolators, part washers, autoclaves, and mass spectrometers. Other small projects include office renovations and fit-out work, site data network system upgrades throughout the campus as well as site security upgrades including cameras and card readers.
