SOS Engineering is a small company of which I am a shareholder. I sit on the board of directors and act at the General Manager for daily operations. Being a small company, I wear many hats during the course of the day. I make import decsisions regarding the company's path as well as manage and perform many of the day to day operations such as Quality Control, Purchasing, Marketing and Sales. The job requires me to multi task all day long and reprioritize at every turn.

Oversaw IT operations which includes making staffing decisions and overseeing the IT staff, budget creation and management, as well as the day to day operations such as help desk and hardware and software installation and support.

Managed computer network, worked the help desk, performed hardware and software maintenance.
