Opened a branch office in New York City and had operational oversight, in addition to managing all sales, marketing, implementation and development resources. Set firm strategy for leveraging “mini-prime” brokers for distribution of the Nirvana application, resulting in White Label agreements and several more partnership agreements

Responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, including all sales, operating and support groups, including running a team of twelve people. Built relationships with several of the largest hedge funds and asset managers in the world. The firm’s platform, DirectEX, provided detailed cost analysis and reporting for customers, as well as access to premium broker algorithms. As such, it advanced trade execution services to institutional clients including Electronic trading, Direct Market Access, single stock Agency Trading, and advanced program trading.
