Constant and consistent communication with hundreds of clients from sole trader farmers to international agricultural companies. Design and implementation of Training Programs for other recruiters and potential employees. Database management of clients and an ever increasing number of applicants. Matching skill sets of employees to clients' needs and conducting interviews and reference checks. Organising client registration and OH&S policies. Coordination of travel and accommodation arrangements for travelling employees from a range of cultural backgrounds to suit their specific needs and reverse marketing of highly skilled applicants.

Responsible for a staff of six to eleven people, including hiring, training andmanagement of organisational culture, workplace health and safety practices and inter-staffrelationships. Increased night trade significantly through the introduction of liveentertainment and subsequently expanded promotions to larger venues with higher profileartists. Achieved an excellent repour with local media resulting in high levels of free mediacoverage and attracted sponsorship from local media for events organised. Was also the pointof contact for all licensing, permits, sales, creditors and clients. Developed budgets andorchestrated promotions for food, beverages and events.

Organisation of truck dispatch to farms and depots. Handled all invoicing for debtors and creditors including the creation of the layout and design program for invoicing and dispatch. Created a database for all clients referenced by client type, primary produce and quantity of sales. Developed and executed a full invoicing and receiving procedures manual for future employees to assist in training and development which is still in use today.

Daily schedule organisation for Education Director. Conducted correspondence for my employer via internal and external mail, email and telephone relating to meetings and business engagements. Organised filing system of student files for scholarships and financial assistance. Aided in organisation of class structure for coming semesters and examination timetables. Performed general office duties.
