Responsible of deliverIng COMBAT training to 3 brigades of senior staff. The task was challenging as he system was still in the embryonic stage.Training carried out by computer based training which was alien to many students.

Raf Oakhanger

Responsible for the physical and IT security of a number of satellite receiving stations. Managing shifts of civilian guards, live armed military police and serving RAF personnel. Ensuring the training of all personnel was up to date and provided in a real time environment. The vetting of individual applications to visit through other MOD agencies was a fruitful exposure to the intricacies of the bureaucracy involved in the process.

I was the leader and manager of up to 120 new recruits who graduated every 7 weeks. Regularly deciding on remedial action to ensure their success in graduating into the Royal Air Force. Managing a highly qualified and motivated training team who expected constant guidance in new training methods and legislation associated with recruit training.
