I am a Recruiting Coordinator at TTA, the award-winning leader for Learning & Development talent and solutions. I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice from University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2019. My core competencies include candidate experience, candidate/client relationship management, and talent sourcing.In my current role, I work with a diverse and global team of L&D professionals to support the learning initiatives of various clients across industries and locations. I am responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, as well as maintaining and updating the candidate database and tracking system. I also ensure that the candidates have a positive and seamless experience throughout the hiring process. I am passionate about finding the best fit for both the candidates and the clients. I am eager to learn from my colleagues and contribute to the success and growth of TTA.
