Lead the sales team over our dealer consignment efforts.

I work with several major accounts to increase share of business for Adesa Dallas. This entails start to finish meeting with new and present clients to ensure that we can meet all of their business needs, i.e. higher percentage of sales, higher retentions, offering the best service to all of our clients and business partners.

I worked with our commercial clients, new and present, to introduce Manheim Dallas to them and offer our remarketing services. To insure that they were up to date on all of our services, from online sales, electronic condition reports, lane placement, OVE services, reconditioning services and the sales process. In general, make sure that they became our partners and that we worked toward a common goal, a win-win situation for both parties. In addition, I handled all promotions and advertising for the auction. I also managed the auction sales staff. During this period we were responsible for approximately $750,000,000 in revenue. I started at Dallas Auto Auction when we were owned by ADT as the Fleet Lease Sales Manager. I also worked as the Fleet Lease Manager and was promoted to GSM in 2002.

General Sales Manager for the Mercedes Benz and Volvo franchises. Duties included ordering new vehicles, working deals with our sales staff, buying and selling at auctions, appraisal of trade-in vehicles, training sales staff.
