I have a long history of delivering excellent customer service and meeting SLAs across a global platform in a very high pressure environment.I am comfortable presenting to and meeting a wide range of customers and building lasting relationships with them.I have experience in managing a team of account managers and leading them to achieve thier own KPIs for the benefit of the business. I am extremely good at troubleshooting issues and finding solutions to provide customers with the best possible service within the confines of their contract. I can read and interpret detailed contracts and explain these to the customer in a way they are able to understand while insuring the business's original intent is honored.I am a very fast learner and enjoy gaining a very detailed level of understanding about the product or service being offered and all aspects around it. This includes personal learning as well as learning from more experienced colleagues. I then enjoy passing this knowledge on to others to help them in thier learning.
