Managing a team of senior digital forensics officers located in remote digital forensics labs across Victoria. Managing the Service Delivery Operations team for the Global End User Services business unit within Telstra.I ensure my team (6 SDMs over 5 different global regions) and wider Business unit delivers a reliable end user environment with high quality support services.If things go wrong, we ensure our end users face minimal impact by driving Incident and Problem Management process and managing all escalations.

Service Delivery Manager - Executive IT Support.In this role I ensured the Executive IT Support consultants were enabled to deliver the highest quality of service possible to our clients while monitoring the quality of our services. This was achieved primarily by performing all escalation and stakeholder management where required as well process optimisation. Additionally I was responsible for managing a bespoke I.T support team within this team dedicated to servicing Telstra's Legal department.

Summary:In this role I manage the end to end desktop software release process. This comprises of packaging, QA testing and deployment of software onto Telstra’s internal desktop PC environment, comprising of 45,000+ endpoints.
