Balancing the appropriate levels of risk mitigation, business facilitation, credit gate-keeping and client experience culminated in promotion to the Private Bank Legal Leadership Team in 2017. Presided over the execution of approximately £1.5 Billion GBP of lending activity in the Private Bank throughout this time.Strategic player (among other stakeholders) in Private Bank systems, controls and change management with the application of new and relevant regulations to our lending documentation and operational processes along with a lead role in the formulation, testing and implementation of our new origination and servicing automation platform at Investec.

Team of ten fire-fighting lawyers succeeded in eliminating the Bank’s potential default exposure of over €10 Billion Euro in just over one year.
