Current-Responsible for troubleshooting and repair of computer hardware such as laptops, desktops, Mac, VDI and various peripherals-Performs configuration and installation of applications including imaging of new laptops, and software package creation-Assists in policy development and tasked with creating documentation for training and implementation by team members and lower service departments-Setup and maintain Broadband, MPLS and DIA connections for store networks and develops configurations for Cisco Equipment via CCNA-Maintains Data center including running copper and fiber cable and ensuring proper functionality of all equipment-Develops and implements company wide security improvements
