CAInternal Account Representative11/2016-presentUse a complete working knowledge of the Metagenics product line, and understanding of clinical nutrition concepts, and competitor markets to:• Meet or exceed daily, monthly and quarterly call quotas and educational presentations for assigned accounts by making technical outbound sales calls to customers.• Grow low volume and new accounts by up selling them on similar products they have ordered in the past, and probing to determine what the needs of the customer are. • Follow up on requests or questions from accounts in a timely manner• Maintain accurate records in MetaForce for sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities• Solicit outside assistance as needed for account education, such as sessions with the Technical Services team • Consistently increase technical knowledge regarding Metagenics products by completing all sales training, module training and sales meeting courses• Review key reports and data in MetaForce to create account plans and identify opportunities to sell formulas• Ensure that information provided to the internal and external customers is complete, accurate and timely
