Marine IT & Communications for the Super Yacht industry• VSAT: Support and Installation• Customer support on the telephone and face to face.• Monthly yacht support tasks• Configuration, installation and maintenance of hardware, peripherals and software on board vessels and in office.• Documentation and reporting of day-to-day activities.• Management of all yacht tracking services • Organisation of LRIT Tests in association with the vessel • Satcom Administration • Organising the Activation and deactivation and any other administrative need in association with SatC and Iridium and associated liaison with Finance Department.• Involved in the administration of the Vodafone Sims on board vessels. • Arranging Sky Off Shore services liaising between Sky Offshore and our vessels as required. Provide 24/7 services to vessels worldwide.
