I created and managed online marketing campaigns that generated leads. I started by conducting an in-depth market assessment and research before moving ahead with a strategy to help our clients. I then created marketing campaigns (display ads, landing pages, content writing, AdWords, call-tracking, SEO, remarketing).The management aspect includes monitoring campaigns and combing through Google Analytics to gain insights, manage budgets, and suggest digital media strategies for improvement. Heavy emphasis on creativity and entrepreneurial skills working in a hip start-up environment. I also published content (blogs), social media, and did a bit of coding (web dev).

I assisted in ensuring proper implementation of the enterprise Operational Risk Management Framework. I did so by helping to facilitate ongoing risk identification, assessment, measurement, management, monitoring and reporting. This included forecasting and quantifying company-wide operational earnings at risk (EaR), in addition to strengthening/ automating model documentation using Excel VBA.I also helped validate selected actuarial models, ensuring that models were in compliance, accurate, and optimally capturing real-world scenarios. I achieved this by: replicating model output, analyzing assumptions, classifying models based on potential adverse affects (riskiness), and reporting on any other findings. Heavy emphasis on analytical and technical skills.

I collected prices for over 1000 varying financial securities (daily) using advanced Excel tools, Bloomberg, Reuters and IDC. I was also responsible for executing proper due dilligence and follow-up with clients and middle office of securities that broke set tolerance levels.
