I am passionate about providing exceptional service and support to our customers, and ensuring a smooth and seamless delivery of various solutions that align with the customers needs and business requirements.As a Customer Operations Specialist, I am responsible for managing the end-to-end process of migrating customers from legacy services to the NBN network, technology upgrades, general account servicing, including general solution guidance, order submissions, monitoring progress of solutions through to delivery, resolving issues, ensuring that each outcome is successful and of course, post sales care. I also collaborate with various teams and stakeholders, such as technicians, contractors, sales representatives, and customer service agents, to ensure customer satisfaction is not only met, but exceeded.
