European Innovation Academy gave 500 students from around the world a chance to build a start-up in 3 weeks. Ranging from a variety of disciplines, students had to collaborate, think critically, create a business that solves an issue in the world, and work strategically and effectively. A few tasks we had to complete were: Product/market fit, customer discovery, receive LOI’s, gather 500 sign-ups, create a strategic business plan, and do our best.

The Boeing Team created this case competition comprised of individuals in the Finance, Supplier Management, Supply Chain, IT, HR, Engineering and University Relations organizations. This opportunity gives students a platform to apply their business knowledge in an integrated team setting and solve real world industrial problems.
