Directed the activities of Jackson Financial Inc., a Fortune 500 company, and Jackson National Life’s Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis and Institutional Products segments. This role, created from the spin off from Prudential plc, led 3 direct reports for a publicly traded Jackson with more than $300 billion in assets under management, more than $2.5 billion in debt outstanding and investable cash and assets of nearly $40 billion. These functional areas include 20 employees with aggregate responsibility for issuing, optimizing and maintaining Jackson’s debt and capital stacks, issuing and supporting our $10 billion institutional products segment and Jackson’s strategic planning and forecasting process, as well as M&A activity, collateral management, day to day treasury management, investment oversight and rating agency and regulatory relations.

Led 4 direct reports for a $200 billion retirement services company, including responsibility for a $60 billion investment portfolio, with up to $1 billion investable cash balances and maintaining regulatory solvency. Directly oversaw a finance function of 120 employees with responsibility for financial and operational reporting, strategic planning and forecasting, corporate accounting, treasury management, investment oversight and accounting, reinsurance, M&A and tax.
