I have successfully led change management delivery across a range of project initiatives and coordinated the capability uplift for the change management practice. Most recently I have led the change stream for BT's Privacy capability uplift, supporting multiple streams in the fulfilment of enhanced privacy security and compliance requirements.Other change initiatives I have led include:Financial Crime capability uplift, supporting the implementation of enhanced processes that ensure adequate identification of advisers and support staff that act as 'agent of the customer'.Internal change management stream lead for BT’s key wealth management transformation program, Panorama. This complex people, business, and technology change enabled the transition of 190k customers and $56B FUA to the BT Panorama platform.I have supported product development and operationalisation of ‘new to market’ offerings; legislative reform and the integration of updated policies and control frameworks; and change leadership capability development.I enjoy the challenge of refining and repurposing change methodology and tools to suit the unique needs of the business and project. My change management toolkit is grounded in my experience as a change leader, in addition to the practical application of a range of change management frameworks such as ADKAR and the Change Management Institute’s ‘body of knowledge’.

Assisting customers manage their financial commitments and determining if hardship assistance is necessary; this involves interviewing customers to ascertain their current financial position and future changes that may improve their situation.

Responsible for financial management and accounting within a busy international consulting business; also assistance with the writing of contract submissions; correspondence to national and international clients and associates.

Involved the testing of a whole of government project to accurately record and maintain life cycle stage of significant assets, with a view to enable timely and targeted management decisions.
