Coordinate team of offshore mechanics working on 30+ rigs in the North Sea, UK Sector. Schedule preventative maintenance for offshore Well Services equipment including diesel engines, pumping equipment and auxiliary equipment. First point of contact for all reactive maintenance issues, providing technical guidance and initiating necessary mobilisation of equipment and personnel.- Determine maintenance requirements using rig site reports and equipment records from SAP (maintenance planning management system) to prepare scope of work for travelling technician.- Create complete job packs with business development team to provide all risk assessments, unit specific technical information, job check sheets and maintenance work scope in a single, professional package - Provide technical expertise in the repair of transmissions, drive train components, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, HP iron pressure equipment, gearboxes, PTO's, generators, chemical metering systems and a variety of other energy services equipment. - Monitor costs and labour hours for all jobs and meet global compliance at month end, recording all information in SAP.- Create and manage E folders in SAP for certification record keeping. For example PRV certificates and last MOC work.- Actively improve safety and service quality of the team by coaching, presenting at team meetings and implementing systems to monitor safety contribution of team members (BBS observer coaching, STOP work authority, HOC.)- Collaborate with logistics team to optimise mobilisation of parts consolidating shipments to reduce cost where possible while ensuring timely delivery using MODEM logistics software. - Provide job training and guidance to apprentices by working hands on with individuals on a weekly basis to build a rapport and maintain approachability.

Preventative and reactive maintenance of mobile pumping equipment. Stand alone in preventative and reactive maintenance of offshore well services equipment including cement units, wireline logging units and coiled tubing equipment. Progressed from apprentice to Mechanical Technician within Schlumberger. Completing Schlumberger’s fixed step training to become a senior mechanic responsible for installation projects with $10M budget.
