I have worked through different types of industries from food service to delivery to handling package on a massive scale. Each one of these experiences has taught me about myself and about the companies I have worked for. Each one was different, each one helped me learn new skill sets from learning how to teach youth about merit badges to learning how to install appliances. Some experiences taught me more about the customer service side where as other have taught me leadership and technical side. For example when dealing with customers you have a mindset to help ensure they are happy even if they are not, to explain issues and to give the customer an understanding of their purchase.
