In 2021 the leadership structure for the production organizations changed and I was asked to take on this area and lead them to a higher level. The sanding and filler lines have an important role in the quality of the final product, which in this case is the painted body of a car.Key responsibilities include:- SHE requirements en implementation within the Area are up to date.- Final responsible for the P.Q.C.D.E. performance of the Area.- Training, coaching and supervision of the Teamleaders on P.Q.C.D.E. topics.- Implementation and supervision of VDL Nedcar Leaderschip values within the area.- Process owner for short- and long-term improvements.

Key responsibilities include:• Owner of the logistical processes in the warehouse• Responsible for the quality and stocks of packaging materials• Responsible for the safety of warehouse operations• Leading and coaching a team of 15 contractor employeesTogether with my team and colleagues we have increased the operational efficiency, improved and secured the quality of our output, created a low threshold open safety culture and build a team out of employees from several companies. From 2008 the main area of attention has been the ammonium sulfate plant, now part of Fibrant.Primary activities:• Responsible for the asset utilization analysis of the plant• Supported Operations in first-line technological issues• Defined scopes for process improvements• Team player in a multidisciplinary team to define small projects and guide the implementation in the plant• Act as a knowledge carrier of the plant technology
