Stood up two-level "wave bank" at automation, creating processes and SOP's for systems and products.-Tasked with nightly goals of running upwards of 250,000 units of media product through three machines.-Administrated Associate and Management Performance Program (AMP) for two departments, enforcing performance standards and coaching to improve scores for all associates.

Supervised brigade ammo section in support of two Multi-Launch Rocket System (MLRS) firing battalions, support battalion, and three additional separate units. Worked administrative portion as units set up garrison accounts and systems following Operation Iraqi Freedom tour. -Enabled subordinate units to successfully draw and turn in ammo during the course of over 30 separate weapons ranges. -Oversaw Battalion Adopt-A-School Program, working with faculty and staff of unit-adopted elementary school for five major events and weekly soldier/student tutoring programs.

Fort Hood, Texas

XO of Forward Support Company (FSC) reorganized into a forward-deployed infantry counterinsurgency company of over 60 soldiers for Operation Iraqi Freedom deployment. 10 of 14 deployed months served on a Joint Security Site with Iraqi Army, supervising training of three companies in addition to executing partnership combat operations during successful security handover.-Planned and led over 20 mounted and dismounted joint US/Iraqi patrols through cities and villages without loss or incident. -Facilitated company’s administrative, operational, logistical, and intelligence needs during over 350 combat patrols. -Served as second-in-command of a battle space that stretched to the Iranian border. Managed five-person civil affairs detachment, working with local city councils, tribes, and village leaders to build cohesive Iraqi government during a time of rapid regional change.

Fort Hood, Texas

Directly responsible for the maintenance operations of a full MLRS firing battalion, reporting accurate vehicle status to higher battalion headquarters. In charge of mission accomplishment, equipment health, and the daily accountability and well-being of a full FSC maintenance section (five teams). Signed for and accountable for over $2.5 million worth of equipment. Responsible for 85 soldier platoon. Exceeded standard in logistics, earning subordinate Combat Repair Team the Army Award for Maintenance Excellence. Successfully enabled platoon training to be conducted without incident and equipment was maintained and accounted for.Trained and certified as a Fort Hood Unit Movement Officer, facilitating movement of full FSC’s complement of 35 vehicles to and from Fort Bliss, New Mexico for brigade-level training exercise.
