About Michael Craddock

I joined Softcat in November 2009 after completing a Masters at the University of Sheffield. Initially working as an Account Manager, responsible for building a new customer base and growing Softcat's portfolio with my clients, in August of 2013 I moved into the Softcat's Microsoft Licensing Team. Overtime I progressed to become a Senior Enterprise Commercial Executive, advising a variety of Softcat's largest clients on the full Microsoft portfolio of technologies and contractual models. In October of 2021 I took up an exciting opportunity, joining Microsoft's Commercial Executive Team.
