I managed seven locations between three states for the fleet service side at UPS Freight. I oversaw location that had full service shops and satellite locations that used vendors for our maintenance requirements. I was responsible for maintaining the fleet and equipment to the strict UPS standards. Making technician work scheduled, and ensuring that there training was up to par. I was also responsible for the submitting and approving invoice in oracle and coupa.

Managed a Penske customer fleet location, over seeing 10 employees and 75 + pieces of equipment. I was able to bring a fleet that did not meet DOT requirements to a passing standard in a shot period of time. Clean and organize the shop and parts layout. Work with vendor to acquire need parts and fair pricing.

My responsibilities are to manage the maintenance on a armored truck fleet.

I was in charge of maintaining a fleet of 15 armored trucks. Also provide technical assistance to the other shops in the northeast region. Other duties were account payable, parts / supplies ordering, building maintenance, and budgeting.
