For the last 3 years specifically focused on deepening the supplier base, acquisition strategies, and challenging the way Transparent Armor was procured by DLA in the past.Chaired the research and development for specification ATPD 2352 revision U in conjunction with the Navy Research Laboratory for DLA. Technologies and data from this two-year project led to clearer and achievable product development for the Transparent Armor stakeholders. These efforts have also afforded DLA and The United States Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) to determine the leader(s) in the Tansparent Armor industry. Show less
