• Inbound and outbound contact with delinquent accounts to determine reason for overdue payments• Arrange payment plans and follow up with customers based on financial situations• Process payments and post to accounts• Analyze and forward information to process and schedule soft no-pay disconnects• Perform various administrative functions such as address changes, phone number updates and other important contact information• Skip Trace contact information for customers with incorrect information on file• Analyze misapplied payments and transfer to correct accounts

-Welcome prospective volunteers and process new volunteer applications-Monitor new applications submitted in Volunteer Connection, our on-line volunteer management system (Global Intake Queue)-Call and email prospective volunteers to remind them to complete all application steps in the intake path-Ensure communication is maintained early and often with new applicants using the 3 contact standard for communication-Track all communication with prospective volunteers in Volunteer Connection. -Provide technical assistance for Volunteer Connection to prospective volunteers-Report schedule and hours to the assigned Intake Leader and/or Program Manager-Provide outstanding customer service
