Currently working as an employment advisor for Seetec Pluss on the Restart scheme, moving on from work with National Careers Service. I've come from a range of backgrounds including retail management in a digital goods store, shop floor work in supermarkets, manufacturing and skilled trades work. I have a methodical and organised approach to all of my work, often finding ways to work more effeciently or finding a better structure for regular routines. In the past I have adapted to new challenges positively, coping well in difficult situations and under pressure. Depending on the role, I have worked independently, as part of a team, or as a team leader, and have the ability to be flexible but also prioritise effectively. I often enjoy long term projects and always have one in progress, and have published a 225000 word fiction novel, with the aim to make this part of a series. I'm always looking to improve my skills and qualifications, with the long-term goal of finding work in creative roles that utilise skills such as writing, art and illustration, 3D modelling or other creative fields.
